尊敬的muners和模联指导老师：

近年来，模拟联合国已成为了各大中学内学术性的团体活动，被广大中学生所熟知和认可。模联，为当代中学生提供了开阔视野、培养公民素质及政治修养的广阔平台，深受广大中学生的热爱。我省各高校的模联团体及优秀代表也渐渐涌现，在全国模联会议的舞台上展示着自己的风采。

在沿海地区，各大地区性模联会议已经自成风格，在每年定期的会议中不断成长完善，吸引了全国众多优秀代表。而在内陆地区，虽然各大高校的模联活动也在如火如荼的举办之中，却缺少联系，地区性的交流会议更是少有。

雅礼模联一直密切关注着省内各个模联活动的发展，并十分希望能够与各大模联社团交流共同发展模联活动。因此，我们经协商决定，在2012年2月3-5日内与湖大举行首届湖南省中学生模拟联合国大会。会议旨在交流探讨学术，推动省内各模联会议的举办和创新及会议的经验交流，为各位代表提供展示的舞台。

首届省会将设置三个传统会场及一个特殊会场。iaea，即国际原子能机构，将在日本福岛核电站泄露的背景下，探讨核安全和保护问题。unsc，即安理会，将对叙利亚的民主进程深入的交流探讨。un-habitat, 即联合国人居署，将就境外难民安置问题出台可行的方案。作为本次会议唯一的特殊会场，g20峰会将采取新的机制，就欧债危机及一系列的经济议题展开讨论。
