写给家长的话
新学期开始了，我的《写给家长的话》也重新开张了，本学期也尽量坚持每周都写一篇吧。
时间过得真快，一转眼，两个月的假期就结束了。这两天一些开学的琐事还真是忙得让人有些头晕，好在基本已经过去了，下周一开学典礼之后，我们就要开始正式的学习生活了。
虽说开学已经三天了，可因为这几天并没有正式上课，所以孩子们也感觉还在放假。接下来，我们可能还会花一段比较长的时间让孩子们收心。您在家里也应该要求孩子调整好作息时间，尽快适应学校生活，把心思放到学习中来。
本学期，我们换了数学老师，戴老师。这是一位经验比较丰富的老师，教学多年，建树颇丰，对孩子的要求也很严格。我想，这对于我们班上一些严肃不足，活跃有余的捣蛋鬼来说，这应该算是一件好事吧。这两天虽然没有正式上课，但她和孩子们还是有接触的，想必您也听孩子说了。
几乎每个新的学年，学校都会有同学转走，也会有新同学转进来。本学期，我们班的人员也有了一些变动。丁钰同学随父母转学到深圳去了，周理斌同学因搬家转到暨阳。另外就是班上还转来了好几个同学，目前，班级人数已达60人。应该说实在是太多了，说实在的，这也给老师出了很大的难题。就拿排座位来说吧，这么多孩子怎么排，按高矮来，肯定是最公平的。但我知道班上有几个孩子的视力是有问题的，你让他(她)坐在后面他们根本就无法看清黑板。还有就是有些孩子根本就不能坐在一起，要不这课也就没法上了。所以，我首先会根据高矮大致排一下，然后再进行调整，适当照顾一些视力不好的孩子。当然，也请您放心，我尽量会做到公平，所以如果您对的孩子的座位不太满意也请谅解和支持。如果发现所排座位确实对孩子的学习有影响，不用您来找，我肯定会进行调整的。
本学期，我们依然会进行读写诵的教改实验，写(日记)和诵(《书声琅琅》)的要求基本与上学期一致，这里就不再多说了。只是在课外阅读方面，本学期我们会向孩子推荐几本(可能是四本)必读书目做为阅读课上的内容(因为还没有和组里的老师们统一，所以现在还没有最终确定书名)。今天在班上说了这事，因为上课要用到，所以要求孩子人手一册。学校的经费有限，同时为了避免老师参与其中，这些书是要求您自己购买的。我们也曾设想一个班的孩子都买一本一样的，这样四个班一组，到时再互相交换，全部看完后，再把自己的书换回来。这样可以节省些费用，当然如果您有更好的办法也可以提出来，如果可行我们一定会采纳。
