送给家长的话
一、因材施教。
正如没有完全相同的两片树叶一样，世界上也没有完全相同的两个孩子，即使是孪生的兄弟姐妹，也往往有着截然不同的性格。
所以，与学校教育一样，因材施教，在家庭教育中也是很重要的。心理学范畴中，把人的气质分为四种：胆汁质、多血质、黏液质、抑郁质，不同性格、气质的孩子，他们所适应的教育方式也不一样。同样的教育方法，在这个孩子身上取得了成功，用在另一个孩子身上，不见得有同样的效果。所以家长在选择教育方式的时候，是很有必要先对孩子的性格做个详尽的分析的。一些家长常常把别人成功的教子经验不加分析地一古脑照搬过来，用在自己孩子的身上，却发现那并不是金科玉律，自己的孩子并没有像别人的子女一样取得成功。所以，再神奇的教育方法，家长们在使用之前，也应该做个甄别。要记住：适用的才是最好的。
二、学会欣赏孩子。
家长们在评价自己孩子的时候，大多带着挑剔的目光，和别人的孩子相比，总觉得自己的孩子这也不好，那也不好。其实，每一个孩子总有自己的优点，只是我们的眼睛总盯着孩子的缺点，让我们换个角度来看孩子，就会发现他们身上的优点。不要把学习作为惟一的评价标准。学习，只是孩子所有素质中的一项，顶多，是比较重要的一项罢了，它并不是决定孩子成功的惟一因素。
三、别把孩子当出气筒。
社会竞争越来越激烈，每个人的压力都不校而这种压力，是需要一个宣泄的渠道的。但是，孩子不应当成为家长的出气筒，那样做，只会让孩子的情绪也受到我们的影响。所以，当我们在工作上、在生活中碰到不如意的时候，记得找到一个合适的方法来排解，别让孩子成为无辜的牺牲品。
四、做孩子的朋友。
在家长的潜意识中，孩子都是自己的附属品，儿女必须听父母的话，这些观念在我们的脑子里根深蒂固。其实，要想真正了解孩子，高高在上的姿态是不行的。想走进孩子的内心，成为他们的朋友是惟一的办法。
