2008Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have 50-day holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I had something necessary to do.1 17 2008I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went out, the high temperature disagreed to me. Finally, I was ill.1 24 2008Today, when I awaked up, I found the air-conditioner didn’t work. I used the control, but it still didn’t work. I knew the air-conditioner was in trouble. I went downstairs. My father told me two air-conditioner and two computer had been broken. Because my father used electric ma-ki-ng machine to make electric, so the voltage was not stable. It led to the trouble. Oh! Whenever the government will let the factory use electric? If it lasts longer, I will be crazy!!
There are many things in the world. Compare to those, people is a very small part of the world, so it is very difficult and lucky to be a person in the world. Thanks to my monther.I should live happy to thanks my monther. When she see my smile, she will be happy too. She will think that all she does for me is deserved. I think that the meaning of live is not only make myself or my month happy, but also bring the happies to all of the people around me.Hope everyone in the world can live happily.

由于我所在的公司是北京驻乌的一个办事处，是一家私企，所以我刚开始的工作并不忙，没有感觉到很累只是每天都要守在电话和传真机旁很耗时间，第一天就因为坐了一天腰酸背痛的但是过了几天就稍有点习惯了，每天向我同一个办公室的女孩学习一些办公知识刚步入工作岗位，才发现自己有很多都不懂的

the lantern festival or yuanxiao jie is a traditional chinese festival, which is on the 15th of the first month of the chinese new year. the festival marks the end of the celebrations of the chinese new year.
chinese started to celebrate the lantern festival from the han dynasty (206 bc - 221 ad). like most other chinese festivals, there is also a story behind the festival. it is also believed that the festival has taoist origins.
this is a festival for people having fun. on the night of the festival, people go on streets with a variety of lanterns under the full moon, watching lions or dragon dancing, playing chinese riddles and games, and lighting up firecrackers. there is really a lot of fun for the young and the old.
yuanxiao (glutinous rice ball) or tangyuan is the special food for the lantern festival. it is believed that yuanxiao is named after a palace maid, yuanxiao, of emperor wu di of the han dynasty. yuanxiao is a kind of sweet dumpling, which is made with sticky rice flour filled with sweet stuffing.
yuanxiao is sticky, sweet and round in shape, symbolizing family unity, completeness and happiness.

实习的时间过得也真快，在这段时间里，我学到了很多在学校了学不到的东西，也认识到了自己很多的不足，实习让我感觉受益匪浅。
首先对于实习的认识。实习是一种对用人单位和实习生都有益的人力资源制度安排。对接受实习生的单位而言，是发展储备人力资源的措施，可以让其低成本、大范围的选择人才，培养和发现真正符合用人单位要求的人才，亦可以作为用人单位的公关手段，让更多的社会成员了解用人单位的文化和理念，从而增强社会对该组织的认同感并赢得声誉。
对于我们学生，我想学习的目的不在于通过结业考试，而是为了获取知识，获取工作技能，获取在社会上生存的能力。换句话说，在学校学习是为了能够适应社会的需要，通过学习保证能够完成将来的工作，为社会作出贡献。然而步出象牙塔步入社会是有很大落差的，能够以进入公司实习来作为缓冲，对我而言是一件幸事，通过实习工作了解到工作的实际需要，使得学习的目的性更明确，得到的效果也相应的更好。
从小学到大学，每个不同的阶段，我们所扮演的角色就会不一样，虽然我们一直都在不断的成长。工作后不再像在学校里学习
那样，有老师，有作业，有考试，而是一切要自己主动去学去做。只要你想学习，学习的`机会还是很多的，老员工们从不吝惜自己的经验来指导你工作，让你少走弯路;集团公司、公司内部有各种各样的培训来提高自己，你所要作的只是甄别哪些是你需要了解的，哪些是你感兴趣的。只有有了方向，我们人生的那搜船才能顺利的到达成功的彼岸。
工作并不是一个人的事情，是一个团队在完成一个项目，在工作的过程中如何去保持和团队中其他同事的交流和沟通也是相当重要的。要有与别人沟通、交流的能力以及与人合作的能力。合理的分工可以使大家在工作中各尽所长，团结合作，配合默契，共赴成功。个人要想成功及获得好的业绩，必须牢记一个规则：我们永远不能将个人利益凌驾于团队利益之上，在团队工作中，会出现在自己的协助下同时也从中受益的情况，反过来看，自己本身受益其中，这是保证自己成功的最重要的因素之一。 这次的实习，让我体会到了其极重要的团队精神，和一颗好学的心，还有自己的人生方向。
